Canada Nickel Company Inc.

Canada Nickel is targeting a final investment decision of its 100% owned Crawford Nickel Project by 2027 and expects to complete the permitting and funding required in 2026.  The Project has been referred to Major Projects Office by the Government of Canada in November 2025 and also has been announced in January 2026 by the Government of Ontario as the second project to be advanced under the Province’s new One Project, One Process (“1P1P”) framework.. Crawford is located in the heart of the prolific Timmins, Ontario mining camp and hosts the second largest nickel reserve and resource globally.  The Company also has a strong shareholder base with Agnico Eagle (10%), Samsung SDI (7.2%), Anglo American (6.3%) and Taykwa Tagamou Nation (7.1% on conversion).

Additionally, the Company is further unlocking the district scale potential of its regional properties, publishing a total of eight additional resources published  Q4 2025 with the final resource to be published in Q1 2026. Including Crawford, eight of nine resources published containing 10.1 million tonnes of Measured & Indicated nickel (over 4.3 billion tonnes @ 0.24% nickel) and 12.5 million tonnes of Inferred nickel (5.4 billion tonnes @ 0.23% nickel), which would make the Timmins Nickel district the world’s largest nickel sulphide district. Amerinox Processing, Inc.

Amerinox Processing has four cut to length lines in operation covering thickness’s from .012” through .500”, widths up to two meters, focusing on stainless steel and aluminum flat rolled products.
