In 2018, Aleš Falatov, was appointed Head of Marketing for SIJ Group.

He joined SIJ Group Marketing Department in 2015, working as a Market Analyst. In 2018 he was appointed Head of Marketing for SIJ Group.

In 2011, he joined Elit’Avia in Ljubljana, Slovenia, where he was appointed Head of Charter Sales, overseeing worldwide operations on a fleet of 25 super-midsize and ultra-long range jets and operation bases in the EU, Africa, and Russian Federation. His prior experience consists of positions in finance, sales and marketing in tech start-ups and automotive industry
