Axel Krüßmann is CEO of Aperam Stainless Services & Solutions Germany and Head of the Europe North Region, overseeing operations across Germany, Austria, Benelux, Scandinavia, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.

He joined the company in 1997 and has since built a distinguished career across multiple functions within the stainless steel industry. Over nearly three decades, he has held a variety of leadership roles spanning operations, supply chain management, sales, and strategic development. This broad experience has given him deep expertise in stainless steel distribution, value-added processing, customer-centric solutions, and regional market development.
