Ms. Barbara J. Buck is the Vice President, Marketing and Sales, Climax Molybdenum Company.  Her responsibilities include global sales, marketing, supply chain planning and global quality management of all molybdenum products.

Barbara joined Climax Molybdenum in June 2005. She currently serves as a member of the Executive Committee of the International Molybdenum Association (IMoA) and is serving as the President of IMOA in 2018 and 2019.  She has held sales, marketing, business management and technical positions with Union Carbide, Amoco Chemical and UCB Chemical.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University and completed the Wharton Senior Management Program.
