Berçem Demir Aydın is currently holds roles as CFO of Lumturi Stainless Steel in Slovakia.

She had education in Management Skills at Sabancı University, and attended a Business Boot Camp at EU Business School in Barcelona. She is speaking  Turkish, English and Slovak. She received certification in international communication and company management.
