In January 2020, Brian Kobberøe Fink and Damstahl founded Slize Digital with the intention of building better eCommerce solutions for the industrial segment.

Brian started his career in the steel industry in 1998, with an apprenticeship in Sanistål. In 2005 he joined Damstahl as a Sales Consultant with Export and Key Account responsibilities.
In 2012 he changed his career to Digital Services and Outsourcing, as he joined Ciklum in Ukraine. Throughout the years, he held several positions until, in 2017, he was appointed Vice President of Account Management and Retention for the 4,000 people company. Brian, 46, holds Academy Profession in International Sales and Marketing.
