Carlos began working in the family business at a very young age, joining in 2006 and moving through various departments, starting with the sales department for 9 years and later as production manager for 7 years. This led him to develop a global vision of the business, and in 2022 the board of directors appointed him CEO of Ideal Internacional Mexico.

For more than 50 years, Ideal Internacional has been part of the Ideal Tridon Group, whose products connect and support pipes, tubes, and hoses that convey gases, liquids, and electricity.

We are the global leader in worm gear, T-bolts, bands, struts, specialty clamps, hose supports, conduits, and fastening solutions, as well as fittings and couplings.

Carlos holds a degree in industrial engineering from the Universidad Panamericana and graduate studies in operations management and finance from the same university.
