Danielle Carlini

ATI Materials, Vice President Operations

Danielle is currently the General Manager of A&T Stainless, a 50/50 joint venture between ATI and Tsingshan based in Midland, PA.  Beginning in November 2017, she began building the JV salary and hourly teams and led the operational re-start of North America’s only DRAP line (Direct Roll Anneal and Pickle) with prime coil production beginning in early January 2018.  Danielle and her team have successfully grown the A&T business, servicing the U.S. 60”wide stainless steel market, and delivering financial benefit to the partners.

Previously, she was Director, Product Management for ATI Flat Rolled Products from 2016-2017.  She and her team were responsible for product mix optimization, pricing policies, and achieving product profitability for flat rolled nickel, titanium, stainless, and specialty steel alloys.

Beginning in 2007, Danielle worked for 9 years in ATI’s Grain-Oriented Electrical Steel business, most recently serving as General Manager.  Danielle had responsibility for GOES finishing operations at the Bagdad manufacturing facility in Leechburg, PA, sales and marketing,  product development, product quality and continuous improvement, and the GOES supply chain from melt to ship.  Prior roles in the GOES organization included sales and marketing, engineering, and supply chain.  Due to a global GOES supply and demand imbalance, ATI idled the GOES product line in April 2016.

Prior to joining ATI in April 2007, Danielle worked as a process engineer for ConocoPhillips Bayway Refinery in Linden, NJ from 2004 through 2007.  Her responsibilities included troubleshooting and process optimization for the diesel hydrotreating operations and appropriation of refinery capital projects.

Danielle currently resides in Murrysville, PA with her husband Dave, son David (6), and daughter Julia (2).  She enjoys long distance running and spending time with her family outdoors.
