Dawn Gontko joined the Kaiser Enterprise in August, 2025 as the VP of Supply Chain for Kaiser Enterprise. Prior to joining the Kaiser team, she spent 28 years with Ford Motor Company and 5 years with Thyssen Krupp.  

Dawn has experience leading global diverse teams, across a multitude of commodities, both in production/industrial and indirect procurement areas.  

During her tenure with Ford, Dawn worked across various areas of Supply Chain including Raw Materials, Program vehicle launch, Production commodity purchasing, Indirect procurement entailing Transportation, Marking & Sales, IT, Construction (Commercial and Industrial), Professional Services, Engineering Services and Machinery & Equipment.  

Dawn has a Human Resources/Psychology degree from Central Michigan University and MBA in International Marketing from Wayne State University.
