Emelie Olsson is the Customer Success Lead at CBAMBOO - the operating system for the world’s carbon border taxes. She helps customers succeed with CBAMBOO’s platform by driving adoption, managing key relationships, and delivering onboarding and ongoing support.

CBAMBOO helps companies comply with the EU’s Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) by generating compliant carbon data, managing reporting, and securely sharing required information. The platform also enables users to analyse, predict, and manage their CBAM tax exposure, supporting smarter decision-making as carbon pricing reshapes global trade.

Emelie is a trained agronomist and holds a BSc and MSc in Agriculture and Rural Development from the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU). She has managed global customer accounts across climate tech startups in Sweden and the UK, with experience spanning supply chains, transaction-based footprints, food and beverage, and EU climate policy—currently with a strong focus on CBAM.
