Frank Santoro graduated from the University of Dayton in 1989 with a BS in Marketing and Communications. He immediately entered the recycling business working as a trader for The David J. Joseph Company in their Tampa office. In 1990 he took a position with Franklin Iron and Metal as a commercial account rep with some operational responsibilities. In 1995 he began his journey in the Stainless Steel and aerospace metals recycling industry by taking a job as a trader for The ELG group. In 1997 Mr. Santoro along with the CEO of ELG left their positions to team up with Cronimet GMBH a German based company to start Cronimet USA. Mr. Santoro served as VP/COO from 1997 to the end of 2009. In December of 2009 the CEO of Cronimet Holdings retired and Mr. Santoro was promoted to the position of Pres/CEO.
