Mr Nan Hai, is currently Director of Technology Center of Tisco, Director of State Key Laboratory of Advanced Stainless Steel Materials. Mr. Nan was assigned to Tisco after graduating from Baotou Iron and Steel Colleague in July 1992, majoring in metal processing.  He successively served as: technician of Stainless Steel Hot-Rolling Plant, vice-chief and chief of production and technology department of Stainless Steel Hot-Rolling Plant, vice-manager and manager of Stainless Steel Hot-Rolling Plant.  In September, 2017, he was appointed as Director of Technology Center of Tisco, Director of State Key Laboratory of Advanced Stainless Steel Materials.

南海先生，现任太钢技术中心主任、先进不锈钢材料国家重点实验室主任。

1992年7月包头钢铁学院金属压力加工专业毕业分配到太钢工作。

历任：不锈热轧厂技术员，不锈热轧厂生产技术科副科长、科长，不锈热轧厂副厂长、厂长。2017年9月任太钢技术中心主任、先进不锈钢材料国家重点实验室主任。
