Haijun Wang, graduated from Being University of Aeronautic and Astronautics in 1989. Then continued post graduate study in China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology until 1992.
From 1992 to 1995, working with R&D institute of China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology.
From 1995 to 2004 working with Danieli &C. Officine Meccaniche SpA, which is one of the 3 major metallurgical equipment suppliers in the world.
From 2004 to 2007, working with Tsingshan Holding Group, in charge of marketing, sales and international cooperation.
From 2008 to 2012, working with Tsingshan Shanghai Dingxin Group as CEO.
From 2013 till 2016, working with Tsingshan Ruipu Technology Group as CEO.
From 2017 till now, working with Tsingshan Shanghai Decent Investment (Group) Co. , Ltd as CEO.

王海军，现就职于上海鼎信投资集团有限公司。

1989年毕业于北京航空航天大学宇航推进专业，之后在中国运载火箭技术研究院继续学习，于1992年取得宇航推进硕士学位。

1992年到1995年，在中国运载火箭技术研究院从事科研工作。1995年到2004年，在意大利达涅利公司工作，该公司为世界三大冶金设备和技术供货商之一，其间负责公司的销售和市场工作，主要为中国的大型钢铁企业提供高性能的设备和服务。

2004-2007在青山控股集团工作，负责国际营销和国际合作项目；

2008-2012年，任青山上海鼎信投资集团总裁；

2013-2016年，任青山瑞浦科技集团总裁；

2017至今，任青山上海鼎信投资集团总裁。
