Jeff Simons joined Combined Metals Company, LLC as president in March 2023.  Combined Metals Company, LLC is the parent company of three core businesses:  Elgiloy Specialty Metals, Combined Service Centers, and Gibbs Interwire.

A veteran of the metals distribution industry, Jeff began his career with O’Neal Steel in 1987.  After rising through successive positions of responsibility within O’Neal Steel and O’Neal Industries, he was appointed president & CEO of O’Neal Flat Rolled Metals, LLC in 2014.  After leading the sale of that business to Norfolk Iron & Metals in late 2018, he continued as CEO of Metalwest, LLC (formerly O’Neal Flat Rolled Metals) and executive vice president of NIM.
