Liam joined the steel industry directly form university. He has had a varied career ranging from Commercial management, heading Supply Chain and Mergers & Acquisitions. More recently, he ran Outokumpu’s Plate businesses, and moved to Long Products in 2020, which ultimately culminated in the Sale of Outokumpu’s Long products businesses to Marcegaglia in 2022, hence his current role. He holds degrees in economics and Masters in Business.

Liam is married with 3 children.
