Pascal works in Eberspächer Exhaust Technology as a Director Global Commodity Management / Raw Materials since 2012. His responsibility for the family owned global Tier 1 automotive supplier is the flawless supply chain of raw materials for several production plants on five continents. He is constant member of the sourcing board approving all purchase decisions for the Group.

He is registered as a Post graduate student at the Salford Business School PhD (Doctor of Philosophy) program in Manchester UK about “Organisational solutions to manage commodity price volatility”.

Prior to joining the Automotive sector Pascal did held several senior positions in the steel trading, Stainless steel service centre business and in steel stock holding / distribution businesses across Europe mainly in Germany, Austria, Great Britain and Belgium since joining the steel industry in 1991 with Schmolz + Bickenbach in Dusseldorf.

One of his core competencies is the global stainless-steel sector including flat and long products. Driven out of the automotive sector with a strong emphasis on Best cost country sourcing.

Pascal graduated in business administration/ Diplom Betriebswirt in 1996 in Germany his master thesis was already concerning the European steel market.
