Pınar Turan is the Country Manager of Turkiye and Regional Sales Director for MENA & Western Europe at Global Metals., a Canada-based international flat-rolled metal distributor with operations across five continents. She has over 25 years of experience in the steel and metals industry, spanning technical project management, international sales, and strategic sourcing.

Graduated from Istanbul Technical University with a degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Pınar also holds a master’s degree focused on advanced sintering behavior of tungsten-heavy alloys. Prior to her current role, she successfully led export operations and market development initiatives across North America with a particular emphasis on stainless steel coils and sheets. She is currently spearheading Global Metals regional growth strategy with a focus on JIT inventory, pricing leadership, and integrated supply solutions.
