Born in May 1963, Mr HE is currently Vice Chairman of DeLong Nickel Industry Co Ltd.  

Prior to that, Mr HE was Vice President of Baowu Group Baosteel Stainless Steel Co., Ltd., Chairman and General Manager of Ningbo Baoxin Stainless Steel Co., Ltd., Senior Engineer，Chairman of Shanghai Stal Precision Stainless Steel Co., Ltd.

Mr. He has extensive experience in production management of steel products and marketing as well as business administration. He joined Baosteel in 1985 and worked as Technician, Manager of department, Vice Director of Baosteel Cold Rolling Mill and as Vice General Manager of Shanghai Meishan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. During January 2008 and March 2012, he worked as Vice General Manager of Stainless Steel Division of Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. as well as General Manager of Ningbo Baoxin Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. He has been working at the position of Vice President of Baosteel Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. and General Manager of Ningbo Baoxin Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. since April 2012 and has been the Chairman of Ningbo Baoxin Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. and the Chairman of Shanghai Stal Precision Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. since June 2014.

Mr. He graduated from the University of Science and Technology Beijing in 1985, and he obtained MBA degree of Fudan University in 2003.

 

何汝迎先生，1963年5月生，现任江苏德龙镍业有限公司副董事长。  之前曾任宝武集团宝钢不锈钢有限公司副总经理兼宁波宝新不锈钢有限公司董事长和总经理，上海实达精密不锈钢有限公司董事长。

何先生在钢铁产品生产、营销、经营管理等方面有丰富的经验。1985年加入宝钢，历任宝钢冷轧厂技术员、分厂副厂长、1420设备车间主任、分厂厂长、冷轧部部长助理、冷轧厂厂长助理、冷轧厂副厂长、上海梅山钢铁股份有限公司总经理助理、副总经理，2008年1月起先后担任宝钢股份不锈钢品种管理部、不锈钢事业部、宝钢不锈钢有限公司副总经理兼宁波宝新不锈钢有限公司总经理，2014年6月起任现职。

何先生1985年毕业于北京科技大学，2003年获复旦大学MBA硕士学位。
