With more than 12 years in the chromium industry, she was appointed at the head of the ICDA in 2019; she fully redefined the organization strategy with strong focus on sustainability and best practices and successfully revamped the ICDA.

Sheraz is passionate about the world of commodities, its related challenges and opportunities and strongly believes that raw materials have a decisive role to play to improve people’s life sustainably. She holds a master’s degree in international business from the University of Haute-Normandie and a management degree from INSEAD business school.
