Mr. Sudhakar “Sud” Sivaji has served as Chief Executive Officer of Aperam since 1 January 2026. During the interim period from 1 October 2025 to 31 December 2025, he served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Aperam.

Mr. Sivaji previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Aperam beginning in 2020 and brings more than 25 years of experience in the steel, alloys, and aerospace industries. Before joining Aperam, he spent 12 years at thyssenkrupp’s Steel and Material Services businesses, holding leadership roles across Europe, the U.S., China, and Brazil. Prior to that, he spent seven years at Honeywell Aerospace in various engineering and program management roles across North and South America, India, and China.
