Ulaş Özen has over 23 years of global experience in procurement and supply chain management across the consumer goods and electronics sectors. Ulaş held key leadership roles at BSH Turkey, including Regional Head of Purchasing, where built resilient procurement and led transformations in emerging markets.

Since 2020, he has been based in Germany as Vice President and Global Head of Metal Purchasing at BSH, driving value-based purchasing and resilient procurement strategies.

Ulaş holds an Executive MBA, a degree in industrial engineering, and certifications in supply chain management, finance, and coaching.
