Ms Zhao joined Morimatsu (China) Group after university graduation in 2002.  From 2002 to 2006, she  worked as design engineer in mixing dept., as one of the starter of mixing dept.  In addition to design work, she was responsible for mixing solution, quotation, and communicated with suppliers and followed up on internal progress.     From 2007 to 2016 she worked in sales dept., from sales quotation engineer, sales support, sales engineer to dept. manager.   She was mainly in charge of overseas business and customers, gaining deep trust and awards from some main customers such as Technip、Jacobs、Lurgi/Air Liquide、Metso/Valmet、Brakem etc.  Her individual annual average sales amount was around 20,000M USD.    Her team was awarded as "excellent team" in 2016 with 1/4 personnels taking over around 1/2 sales performance.
From beginning of 2017 till now, Ms Zhao moved to work as head of procurement center.  She is responsible for the entire purchasing business in Morimatsu Heavy Industry Dept. including plates, pipings and tubes, forges, welding materials, machining works, sub-contractings, overseas marketing, accessories and packing, consumables. In these days, all daily works have been transferred stably. From last summer till now, all buyers have been suffering from rising material price, suppliers' overloading and influence of increasing HSE requirements,her team achieved good results and made great contribution to entire group during this difficult period.

2002年大学毕业，加入森松集团（中国），2002-2006年在搅拌技术部从事设计工作，作为搅拌创始队员之一，除了设计还负责搅拌方案制订以及报价并且与供应商沟通以及内部跟踪的业务；2007-2016年在销售部工作，前后从事报价、销售支持、销售工程师、部门经理职务，主要负责国外客户及国外市场业务，深得Technip、Jacobs、Lurgi/Air Liquide、Metso/Valmet、Brakem等多个客户信任和好评，个人年销售额平均1亿左右，带领的团队曾在2016年占据半壁江山，获得“集团优秀团队”称号；

2017年初至今在采购中心工作，担任部门主管一职，负责的业务遍及板材、管材、锻件、焊材、机加工、外协外包、外贸、配件、包装消耗品等，作为新任部门主管，各日常业务平稳过渡，从17年下半年至今材料价格上涨、供应商负荷饱满、环保压力巨大的情况下取得不菲成绩，为整个公司的利润实现做出了巨大贡献。
