At our event we have participants from companies that are competitors to one another.
We expect and assume that all participants (speakers, panelists, delegates) have received competition law training and are aware of the relevant restrictions and will comply with them.
Having said this, we highlight the following compliance rules that need to be obeyed during our events:
We need to remember that it is, at all times, forbidden for competitors to discuss and share information about their
- Current or future pricing
- Current or future costs
- Current or future output and capacity levels
- Sales efforts directed at present or prospective customers or customer groups
- Marketing and strategic plans that are not public already
A lawyer specialized on compliance regulations and cartel law will be present during the whole conference to make sure that these rules are followed in all presentations, panel discussions, interviews and Q&A on our conference stage.
