We expect and assume that all participants (speakers, panelists, delegates) have received competition law training and are aware of the relevant restrictions and will comply with them.

Having said this, we highlight the following compliance rules that need to be obeyed during our events:

• Current or future pricing
• Current or future costs
• Current or future output and capacity levels
• Sales efforts directed at present or prospective customers or customer groups
• Marketing and strategic plans that are not public already

A lawyer specialized on compliance regulations and cartel law will be present during the whole conference to make sure that these rules are followed in all presentations, panel discussions, interviews and Q&A on our conference stage.
